Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Miette, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Miette.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post (reviews, photos, ratings). By posting content, you grant Miette a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the app and for marketing purposes.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. Content must not be defamatory, obscene, illegal, or infringe on third-party rights.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Post fake reviews or misleading ratings.
- Harass, bully, or impersonate other users.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts.
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the app.
Intellectual Property
The Miette name, logo, design, and underlying technology are the property of Miette and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Miette is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. We do not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant information, reviews, or ratings posted by users.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
